Welcome to Think Champion! By accessing or using our mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1 Description of Service

Think Champion is an educational application designed to help users, particularly children, learn vocabulary and spelling through interactive games and challenges. Our Service includes:

• Creating and playing vocabulary games
• Various learning challenges (spelling, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, etc.)
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Social features to connect with friends and family
• Free and premium (Pro) membership tiers

2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3 Age Requirements

• Users under 13 years old must have parental consent and supervision
• Parents or guardians are responsible for creating accounts for children under 13
• By creating an account for a child, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Think Champion only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create games with inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features or circumvent restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

5 Membership & Payments

Free Tier

Basic features are available for free, including:

• Creating games with up to 15 words
• Access to basic challenge types
• Personal progress tracking

Pro Membership

Pro membership provides additional features at ₹500 per month, including:

• Games with up to 100 words
• Advanced challenge types
• Game sharing with friends
• Detailed word information and progress tracking

Payment Terms

• Pro membership is billed monthly

• Refunds may be provided at our discretion

6 Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Think Champion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (word lists, games). By creating content on our Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Share your content with users you explicitly connect with
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

7 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8 Third-Party Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Champion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Champion and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you create or share through the Service

12 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
