These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Think Champion website and web application (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Think Champion is a supplementary spelling and vocabulary practice service. Current features may include:
Think Champion is not represented as a complete school curriculum, learning-management system, classroom gradebook, or substitute for professional educational advice.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep account credentials secure, and notify us if you believe the account has been accessed without authorization.
Children under 13 must use the Service with appropriate parent or guardian consent and supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for creating and managing family access for younger children where required by applicable law.

You may use Think Champion only for lawful, age-appropriate educational purposes. You must not:
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal rights.
You retain ownership of word lists and other content you create or provide, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Think Champion a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service, including when you intentionally share a game.
The Think Champion software, branding, design, original content, and service functionality are owned by Think Champion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
AI-generated word lists, definitions, examples, or other learning material can contain mistakes or may not fit every learner. Review generated content before relying on it for a school assignment, competition list, or specialist subject.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled in connection with the Service. By using Think Champion, you acknowledge that policy.
Think Champion relies on third-party infrastructure and services, which may include authentication, hosting, database, storage, payment, or other service providers. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the Service.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. When a change materially affects paid access, we will provide notice when required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Think Champion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate access when an account materially violates these Terms, creates risk to other users or the Service, or when required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires otherwise.
